Why It Is Good To Start Ladakh Trekking

Among the several exercises that people do, trekking appears to be the most convenient. It is not as demanding as running, jumping, weight-lifting, playing football and so on. That is why it is the most recommended form of exercise as both the young and the old can do it. Even pregnant women are also told to trek to help the fetus in the womb. It can be done within an environment or from one city to another. Ladakh trekking gives all of these benefits while still enjoying oneself.

You can be sure of burning some fat during the exercise. Fat is not good to accumulate in the body because it can lead to blockage of blood vessels and heart failure. Some people do not know that taking a long walk for about 3 months consistently can lead to a significant loss in weight.

Trekking in Ladakh is often most recommended because of the fresh air that is there. The area has some plants and trees that continuously provide the oxygen you need to inhale to purify your lungs. Oxygenated blood is important because the tissues and organs need oxygen to offload the carbon dioxide they produce during body metabolism.

The tendency to develop stronger bones is also there. The way you walk or stand will also be better as walking regularly also improves posture. Your muscle tone also becomes better and you will be fit to do certain tasks.

There are different ways by which you can achieve this. One of the things you can do to make this a habit is to find someone else who has the same goals as you. This is not going to be difficult if you trek around Ladakh because even on your first day, you will see other people looking for partners. You may also want to discuss this with your spouse, friend or brother.

You can also succeed when you have a portable music player in your hands. Walking the long distance will mean nothing to you as you listen to your best compilation of music. If each song plays for only 5 minutes and you need 1 hour to do your walk, you would have played only 12 out of the list. Thus, there is a tendency that you will want to continue walking so as to listen to more of your songs.

Doing this regularly is the best way to succeed in it. You can choose to do it 30 minutes or more but you are advised to do it for at least 30 minutes except the doctor says otherwise. You will also need a good pair of canvas and socks that match your feet. When buying a canvas, go for the ones that are light and easy to clean.

You can make it more fun by engaging in other activities such as hill climbing and performing sit-ups. However, do not let these extra tasks deprive you of the strength you need to complete your daily distance. Also, seek medical advice for the additional things you think you may add and adhere strictly to what your doctor recommends.
