One tip to bear in your mind is to drink only when you have a fill of great food. Getting intoxicated would be more possible with an empty stomach. Then there is the chance to feel dizzier and nauseous too. However, you must also remember that a chip, peanut and similar tiny snacks are not as good as other real food. Its still important to order good meal and its likely that you can guarantee a less vexing drinking activity with everybody.

But if you feel dizzy, its not bad that you take a break. Try walking out of the room and have a fresh air. Or you can sprinkle water on your face. Staying on a calm and quiet place is also a good alternative. Whatever you decide to do, the important thing is to ask permission from your buddies. Otherwise, they might panic looking for you.

Select the best foods. Plenty of oily foods can absorb lesser alcohol. It is a recognized fact that most hard drinkers are well aware of. The key point here is that you know what is right to consume, especially if you think of being inebriated. Make an order to consume the foods slowly until you are gaining pace and have lesser chance of getting drunk.

Throw up if you feel it. If your limit is at its near, then you show throw up to prevent causing a huge mess in a room. Go outside or excuse yourself in the toilet. After puking, odds are you would feel fresher and much better than being drunk.

Even if you sober up, always know your limits. There is always limit to everything even in liquor. By being well aware of your condition, its likely to avoid a bad and awful day ahead.
